Buttons to connect live data do not work on phone or website
I am trying to link to my car’s live data through enode. But clicking the buttons does nothing for both the app when I try to click “Connect with Enode” and the website when I click “Link” (neither the Enode nor the OBD connection buttons work).

Cost calculation
As I’ve planned a long haul trip I’ve noticed that the price calculation is somehow off. I’ve selected only EWEgo stations with my tariff of 0,52 € and the total cost suggests 80 euro for 176 kWh which would be effectively 0,45 €. When I select EnBW only where I pay 0,56 without subscription (it claims the price would be 0,76 which is not correct). The total is 116 € for 179 kw which is 0,64 effectively.

Sometimes CarPlay shows a black screen with only the upcoming direction
This might occur when cellular signal strength is low and the map cannot be properly loaded, but once this happens, even force-quitting the app doesn’t fix the problem — except that the map was properly displayed in the multi-tile multi-app CarPlay. Iee.

BMW Active charge card left out of planning/ pricing information
Although added as a charge card the BMW Active rates will not be considered for route planning. This also applies for the price information, even when „own cards“ is activated. BMW Ionity Plus on the other hand is working as expected.

Enode disconnecting VW ID.3
I have used enode for over a year without any problems with my ID.3 Pro 58 kw 2021. After updating to ABR 7 it started disconnecting. I have reinstalled the app, reconnected multiple times to enode. Every time it works when reconnected, but after a couple of hours it goes to sleeping and finally goes to “Not connected”

BYD Seal 61kWh RWD 2026 — OBDLink CX: BLE connects but Car Connection fails every time
Car: BYD Seal 61kWh Comfort RWD (European model, kenteken JZX-31-N, VIN LGXCH6CD9R2250932) Adapter: OBDLink CX (Model CX101), firmware updated to latest version via OBDLink app Phone: iPhone, iOS latest, 5G ABRP car profile: BYD SEAL 2023-2023 Standard Range Issue: Step 1 (Loading car configuration) — green check. Step 2 (BLE connection status) — green check, “Connection successfully established.” Step 3 (Car connection status) — red X, “Connection is not established.” Steps I tried, all failed: Car in Ready to Drive mode (not just accessory). Unplugged and replugged adapter multiple times. Force closed all other apps (OBDLink app, Car Scanner). Restarted phone and Bluetooth. Removed and re-paired adapter. Updated OBDLink CX firmware via OBDLink app before attempting. Tried multiple times over several hours. The adapter clearly pairs via BLE to my phone but cannot communicate with the car’s OBD system. Is the BYD Seal (European version) currently supported for OBD live data in ABRP? If not, is there a timeline for adding support? I would be happy to help with testing if needed.

KGM Torres evx 80.6kwh version live data disconnects
Live data via Android Auto continuously disconnects and never gets Live SoC anymore. When I reset the car infotainment system or when I delete the car and re-add it again in the vehicle settings then reconnects again but after sometime it loses the connection and never gets live data again unless I restart infotainment system of car or re-add the car in ABRP app. Please have a look this problem since it is very useful option that it lets you get live data without an obd dongle.

The map isn't tracking my location
Hello everyone, I’ve been having a small issue for the past few days in map mode (i.e., without planning a route). The problem is that the map isn’t tracking my location, so it moves out of view. I have to manually reposition it every time to get back to my location. This problem is really very annoying in map mode, especially since I don’t have this issue when I plan a route; once a route is entered and planned, the map follows my location correctly and doesn’t drift away. Can anyone help me resolve this issue, please? Thank you in advance.

Routing on to impassable 4x4 trails
When routing in from Thornton, CO to Camp Dick, Lyons, CO, ABRP will avoid Hwy 72 and instead try to route on 4×4 trails. These are off road trails that are nearly impassable. This could be dangerous for someone less familiar with the area and it doesn’t even make sense as the major road is passable parallel to these roads. https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?plan_uuid=2-69b6098a-ca7d222f2c6d64a8508e8491

Map disappears
While in CarPlay, map quite often suddenly vanishes. Restarting the app several times brings it finally back. The instrument cluster map display lags behind when navigating. Main display map is better in sync.

The tables are incorrect.
The tables are incorrect. I ndividual metrics, such as altitude or SOC, are correct. However, when combined, they are wrong. See screenshots. I hope you aren't using such inaccurate altitude readings for calculations... that would explain some strange results regarding past consumption forecasts... Vgate connection - Error SoC stuck at 2% (Audi Q8 E-Tron 2024)
Hi. According to your documentation on supported OBD devices, I purchased the Vgate iCar Pro Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE). Connection with the phone is successful and I am also able to setup a connection with the ABRP app. Issue is however that the State of Charge is totally wrong and constantly stuck around 1% - 2% regardless of the SoC of the car. Disconnecting with ABRP and connecting it with CarScanner does show the correct SoC. So something is not going right in the datafeed between ABRP app and Vgate device. When I pair with Enode, the SoC is correctly displayed (but when driving it does not get updated). Car: Audi Q8 E-Tron - July 2024 Phone: iPhone 13 Pro Max (but also tested with iPhone 15 Pro, same issue) I’m bit confused as according to following ticket, the Q8 E-Tron is supported via OBD: https://abrp.featurebase.app/en/p/need-help-connecting-obd-dongle But I also read someone else with a similar issue: https://abrp.featurebase.app/en/p/vgate-odb-connection-with-2024-audi-q8-etron-soc-stuck
