Hello. I purchased a 1-year subscription in early October 2026. The program works, but for some reason, after 10:15, the stored history data becomes unusable—it displays all sorts of incorrect data, it displays incorrect charging figures, and sometimes it can’t even record the total length of the route. In fact, yesterday I was coming home from Slovakia, and for some reason it tried to plan a detour to the same address as Google Maps or Waze? I tried it out this summer and was a subscriber for a month, but both then and now—as of October 14—that part of the app worked perfectly; now it’s unusable. On my recent trip to Slovakia, it was also way off in estimating the battery charge percentage (it estimated 48%, but the battery was actually at 56% when I reached my destination). This app is therefore unusable for me. Please help me, or if you cannot help, please refund me the amount equivalent to 11 months of my annual subscription! I look forward to your response.

    Could you share an example of the latest drive you made with incorrect data and figures?

    When you talk about the detour created, do you mean that the routes created in Google Maps and Waze had a faster arrival time? Please provide a link to the plan where this occured. To do this;

    1. Plan the trip in ABRP

    2. Click/tap: ‘Share plan’

    3. Click/tap: ‘Share ABRP link’

    4. Paste the URL here

    ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please exclude private addresses and the use of ‘my position’, home, work, etc., from the plan you post here publicly.

    I can see that you are using Car Scanner too. Was it only in the trip from Slovakia that you observed a different in the battery when you arrived? Do you have the plan link that you can provide for this aswell?
