800V DC charging curve wrong for Sierra EV Max, Silverado EV Max & Escalade IQ (Hummer EV 3X correct)

Affected profiles: GMC Sierra EV 2025 Max Range, Chevrolet Silverado EV Max Range, Cadillac Escalade IQ.
Control (correct): Hummer EV Pickup 3X uses the same 24-module 800V Ultium pack. Extended Range profiles also look correct.

Problem: On 350–400 kW 800V chargers, these three profiles plan only ~160–177 kW average. The Hummer 3X gets ~245–255 kW on the same chargers. Manual charging-curve overrides on these profiles are not applied.

Settings: 450 Wh/mi reference consumption, 110% speed, 80 mph max, 0% degradation, CCS1 + NACS, Optimal routing, depart 100%, 20% arrival, fixed weekend departure date for every run.

Route: Lynnwood, WA → Tesla Supercharger Salem, OR → Riverside Inn, Grants Pass, OR (overnight, full charge) → Fresno, CA area.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Plan the route above with GMC Sierra EV 2025 Max Range.

  2. Open the IONNA Rechargery Sacramento (Stockton Blvd, 400 kW) stop and note the charge time and average power.

  3. Optionally edit the DC curve or that stop’s charge power and re-plan. The change isn’t applied.

  4. Repeat with Silverado EV Max Range and Escalade IQ.

  5. Repeat with Hummer EV Pickup 3X at 450 Wh/mi as the control.

Actual:

  • Sierra EV Max: 15h54 total, 1h26 charging. IONNA Sacramento 7→59% in 38 min (~177 kW).

  • Escalade IQ: 15h47, 1h19 charging. IONNA Sacramento 11→57% in 34 min (~160 kW).

  • Silverado EV Max: same behavior.

  • Sierra EV ER (much smaller pack, 3 stops): 15h58, only 4 min slower than the Max.

  • Hummer 3X @ 450 Wh/mi (control): 15h39, 1h12 charging. IONNA Sacramento 4→59% in 27 min (~255 kW). bp pulse Redding 10→71% in 31 min (~245 kW).

  • Salem Supercharger (V3, 400V mode) is the same in both the Sierra Max and Hummer runs (45 min). Only the 800V curve is wrong.

Expected:

  • ~215+ kW average for 10–80% on 800V chargers, matching the Hummer 3X.

  • Sacramento 7→59% in ~27–30 min.

  • Sierra Max total around 15h35–15h40, clearly faster than the ER.

  • Manual overrides should be applied.
