Hi,

Please advise what kind of settings should be carried so ABRP could work properly in my car. At the moment my car is unlocked and I have assigned BYDmate to give information to ABRP but there are 2 problems detected

  1. ABRP can't obtain the information of battery capacity from BYDmate

  2. ABRP isn't updating frequently my position from the GPS. There is huge delay between the real position of the car and the GPS position at ABRP application. Please be advised that i have installed and other navigation systems such as google maps, waze, offline maps and all of them are working properly taking a live data from the GPS

ABRP is updated to the latest version!

Please advise if there is any settings that needs to done or if I should install some other version of ABRP where the application is working properly in BYD

    To answer your first question, can you confirm that you have the correct connection to your vehicle so that it should pick up from BYDmate? Can you share screenshots of how it looks from BYDmate now and how does the connection work from there?

    As for your second question, are you using iOS or Android? In the iOS settings, you can change the location services for ABRP to “Always Allow”. As for Android, there is no such thing currently and we are looking into what causes the irregular updates.
