SoC in the app and on the car not identical

SoC in the app and on the car not identical I've only had the app for a short time. I don't know if it's the car, because my model has only existed since 2026 and I could only select a model from 2025 in the APP.

Type: Astra Sports Tourer

Key No. 2525 ABV00025

Battery Gross 58kw / Net 55

I observe that the SoC value in the APP is always slightly higher than the value that is shown to me in the car display. At the last charging stop, a value of 8% was displayed in the APP, 5% in the car. How can I correct this?

Side question:

How can I have the mileage read out via the OBD.

This is possible on the basis of other amounts, with other cars?

Where does this happen?

    Hello @ABRP User #2610819,

These small differences can show up for most vehicles as the OBD scanner can be a little inaccurate sometimes and the display of the car not matching up fully at all times. This would be a definite issue if the difference was very noticeable such as 47% in the car and ABRP shows 13%.

Do you mean that you want the milage data to be shown when you press “live data” or in other places of the app/car?

Yes, once under live data – that I could see my entire mileage there.

And it would be nice if this value could also be included in the driving history of the individual driving reports

Can you try reconnecting your OBD device to see if you can get the mileage under Live Data? You are supposed to see it at all times. Please share a screenshot of the Live Data menu while the vehicle is connected to the OBD device.

If it still does not show up, then you have to send in a bug report. First you need to enable the bug button in the settings. Go to the Settings → Display & appearance and scroll all the way down.

The bug button (an insect) will show on your screen. When the OBD is connected to your car and the car is in drive mode click at the button. Then let me know when you have done this and notify the timestamp of when you sent the bug report to us.
