Resolving connection issues with the OBDLink CX dongle

  • Make sure the OBDLink CX is updated with the latest firmware version

  • Make sure the dongle is not connected to the OBDLink app

  • Make sure to turn on the car before attempting to link

  • Try it again a few times. Sometimes it hangs a bit initially
