Have you tried reconnecting your Enode to your vehicle and observed if you still do not receive the updates?

Tried that a few days ago, didn’t solve it, didn’t think it would as some partial charge history is showing albeit very sporadic.
Seriously considering why I paid for premium with all these issues plus routing is always taking me down narrow twisting lanes instead of main roads like other more mainstream route planners seem to achieve without issue.
