Stopped Recording History
Suddenly the last two days ABRP has stopped recoding any history, movements or charging etc, the app is connected via ENODE to my ID3 and I can see live SOC & location but it’s just stopped recording vehicle movements or any charging occurrences.
…
- Where does this happen?
- ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

PinnedHello @ABRP User #2803402,
In order for me to check why this could happen in your account, do you give us consent to access it? If you do, please accept it in following link:

I have granted access.
Just to update you, ABRP recorded a partial track this afternoon, albeit not the full track.

Did you notice if the connection went away during the drive since it cuts off at a certain point? Have you made any activities today or yesterday that you know should be in the history?
Please do a reconnection of the Enode connection and see what happens afterwards when you make new drives.

Hi, on the 11th it recorded fine, all data. On the 12th it only captured charge data to 72% instead of 80% & also on the 12th it stopped recording a track quite soon after starting.
I have no history for today and yesterday as the car is in a garage awaiting some work done.

Can you edit your post to remove the image as this does show my locations publicly.

Still no further forward, ABRP is not recording drive history at all and only partial charge history. I have unlinked enode and re linked enode, still the same.
Not currently gappy as paying for premium features.
I have setup a Tronity account to try that, I’ll post back findings.

OK, I have new information that may help.
When my ID3 is charging if I open the ABRP app and look at history it shows the current charging and displays the correct starting SOC but immediately puts the current SOC as the finish SOC even if my car is still charging and going to a higher SOC.
The app does not then update the charging history.
It’s as if the app stops the history recording as soon as you open the app and does not continue after closing the app.

Just in case what I have written doesn’t not make sense, here’s an example us an example that happened today.
I put my car on charge, it was at 66% SOC & set to charge to 80% SOC.
I just happened to open ABRP app on my iPhone when my car had reached 70% SOC.
I looked at the history for today and ABRP showed 1 charging session, from 66% to 70%, the same level the car was at when I opened the app.
My car continues to charge as normal to the set 80% but ABRP did not record any further charging, it still just shows 66% to 70% charging period.
I guess the app is messing up the connection when it is opened during a charging session.
This may go towards explaining the drop out in driving history too if the app opened while driving by a passenger for instance.
