Reset your live data connection

If you're experiencing issues with the live data connection to your vehicle an option can be to reset the connection. In this article we'll explain how.

The live data source is still connected, but not working correctly

  1. Go into: Settings -> Vehicle andselect your car.

  2. Scroll down and click at Live data and then Edit.

  3. Tap/Click at “Disconnect” next to the live data option.

  4. Tap/Click at Connect to connect your vehicle again.

The live data connection has been broken
