How do I report odd navigation decisions?

We’ve added the option to have a bug report button displayed in driving mode. This will allow you to press a button in the iOS or Android app to submit an event log with the app events to the ABRP team for further analysis.

Here’s how you may utilize it;

1. Open the settings menu

2. Click at Display & appearance

3. Scroll down until you see the option "Show bug report button".

4. Toggle on the option.

5. Should something odd occur while in driving mode (active navigation) you may now press the button to send a log of the prior events. Important! Please remember the date and approximate time you sent the report.

6. Once you’re done driving, please submit a bug report stating the date and time (including the time zone) you sent the event log. As long as you were logged into your ABRP account, we’ll be able to find the right log under your user ID. You’ll find the option to submit a bug report under the ‘Support & Feedback’ options at the bottom of the settings menu.

If, however, you’re still in planning mode, you can instead submit a bug report where you include the link to the plan. You may generate a link by clicking: share > share ABRP link once the plan is planned.
