Unable to Find or Route to Locations on Map

There is an H Mart store in Tacoma, WA (and 7 more around the Seattle / Tacoma area). It shows up on the ABRP map, but not in the destination search. I assume that this is because the POI information available in OSM is not used by ABRP (and is also not picked up by your provider of POI information). If you know that a place exists, it is easy enough to save it as a favorite, but if you’re searching for something that should exist (for example a coffee shop or a grocery store), or that you only generally know the location of, it is very frustrating and confusing. It would be good to have a button that could be used to indicate incomplete / inaccurate mapping data in “real time” so that a user didn’t have to figure out how to go about notifying you / your POI provider of errors and omissions.

Charging station info is poor when adding waypoints

There’s no filter when searching to just find chargers. If I know a charger or other location and type it into the search then no info shows up about it. I’m just offered to set it as destination or add waypoint but I want to see a sheet first with info about the search result before I commit to that. I found myself frequently wanting to search for chargers along the route to find fallbacks increase of a problem and there’s no way to do that I could find. Add chargers to amenity search at least? There’s a list of chargers when replacing a station but that’s not good enough. Also making it clear how far from the route get are would be great. Also what do tesla ccs and tesla supercharger mean in plug types? Thanks!

Awaiting Clarification

Big disappointment

I installed ABRP for my first trip with my new electric car, a Opel e Corsa. I also chose the monthly subscription and I used Apple CarPlay I am not sure whether it’s all user errors or inherent to the application itself, but I had lots of issues: – The routing app is not aware of roadblocks. In fact, the first turn it suggest it was as already a closed ramp. – At that point, the app didn’t pick up my direction change and didn’t propose an alternate route. It also took ages to resume when I met the initially proposed route later on. – Even though live data was enabled, the app did never pick up the correct charging state from the car. Nor at the beginning of the trip nor after a longer than proposed charge at one stop, which should have triggered a complete recalculation of the proposed route. I didn’t even find an option that worked to adjust the charging state manually. This is in fact a big blocker for me. – The map did not update after one charging stop, even though the navigation seemed to be pretty aware of where I was as it still gave me directions. Restarting the app didn’t help either. – The user interface is only partly translated (to German). That’s not a big issue for me as I do understand English, but it might be for others All in all, this app didn’t seem to be worth the five euro monthly subscription for me

Feedback: Incorrect routing regarding road closures on A4/A10 Zuid Amsterdam (May 12-18, 2026)

Onderwerp: Feedback: Incorrect routing regarding road closures on A4/A10 Zuid Amsterdam (May 12-18, 2026) Tekst: Dear ABRP Support Team, I am writing to report a serious issue with your navigation routing in the Amsterdam area, specifically regarding the major road closures for the "Zuidasdok" project. Currently (between May 12th and May 18th, 2026), the A4 and A10 Zuid are either completely closed or have significantly reduced capacity due to planned construction. Despite these being major, announced closures by Rijkswaterstaat, ABRP is still directing drivers through these closed sections instead of using the official detours (A5, A9, and A2). This causes significant delays (up to 60 minutes) and leads drivers into dead ends or heavy traffic that your "Live Traffic" system does not seem to account for. Could you please update your map data/routing engine to reflect these closures? It is critical for EV drivers in the Netherlands to have reliable routing during these major infrastructure works. The specific closures are: • A4: Closed between Badhoevedorp and De Nieuwe Meer (Schiphol/Amstelveen direction). • A10 Zuid: Limited lanes (outer ring) toward A1/A2. I hope you can address this quickly to prevent more users from getting stuck. Best regards, Sait
