VW id bug on displaying route on dash.

Hi.

ABRP aas a bug… when you are driving. And you are stopping to charge, og just stopping for a pause. When you continue driving ABRP stops showing up on the dash and HUD on my ID4. Only way to get it back is to stop the route and create the route again.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Update on this one: We can reproduce the bug (when reconnecting CarPlay, the HUD instructions do not appear) and it seems to affect multiple car brands.

    We have reported the bug to Apple, but not received any feedback on it. In the meantime we will try to work around it - keep you posted here.

    Next instruction doesn't appear in HUD when restarting the car

    My Mercedes EQS has a HUD that shows the next instruction/turn (distance, some arrows, etc) from CarPlay. This works fine with ABRP as long as I start the navigation after starting the car. If I stop somewhere and turn off the car during a trip, the HUD instructions don’t show up anymore after restarting while ABRP was still running.

    Could be a problem with the car of course, but wondering if other people are experiencing the same.

    Thanks for reporting - does this happen every time for you? Does it require you to leave the car (i.e. disconnect CarPlay) and come back or just to stop the car and remain in it?
