Support for U.S. discount programs

Looks like ABRP doesn’t really support any EV charging discount plans or networks from U.S. manufacturers or charging companies. For example, Ford offers the FordPass network, and Hyundai has Premium Charging and Ioniq Premium Charging on Electrify America. In addition, networks like Electrify America and EVgo offer subscription plans on their own that offer discounts. None of those programs appear in the list of discount cards in the ABRP app.
