Automotive app crashes / shows “Oops” immediately after login, incompatibility with 7.0

Polestar 2 (AAOS): ABRP crashes / shows “Oops” immediately after login when Premium is active

I am experiencing a reproducible issue on the Polestar 2 (Android Automotive).

Context:

• ABRP Premium activated recently

• ABRP works perfectly on Android phone and in the web browser

• Issue occurs ONLY on the Polestar 2 AAOS app

Steps:

1. Start ABRP on Polestar 2

2. Log in with my ABRP account

3. Correct account data appears briefly

4. App immediately crashes or shows “Oops… something went wrong”

Additional information:

• Clearing cache/data, reinstalling the app, and rebooting the vehicle did not help

• The issue started after activating Premium

• Without login, the app is stable

I contacted ABRP support by email regarding this issue. I was informed that support requests are no longer handled via email and that I was explicitly directed to submit this report through this feedback portal.
