Incorrect GPS routing on A7 and A41 motorways in France

Hello ABRP Support Team,

I would like to report two serious routing errors with the ABRP navigation system in France.

1. A7 motorway – Kilometer marker 251 (Paris → Marseille direction)

At kilometer marker 251 on the A7 motorway, ABRP incorrectly instructs me to exit the motorway through a service access gate, which is locked and not accessible to regular traffic.

2. A41 motorway – Chambéry → Annecy direction

On the A41 motorway, when driving from Chambéry towards Annecy, ABRP incorrectly directs me to exit via the Albens rest area, where the proposed exit is also blocked by a locked gate.

In both cases, the suggested routes are completely incorrect and lead to exits that are not accessible to public traffic.

These routing errors should be corrected, as they could cause confusion and potentially dangerous situations for drivers.

    Thank you for proving info on where this happens. However, we cannot know exactly how it looked from your POV so please provide a link to the plans include the places showing how it looks for you when it occurred and mark them. To do this;

    1. Plan the trip in ABRP

    2. Click/tap: ‘Share plan’

    3. Click/tap: ‘Share ABRP link’

    4. Paste the URL here
