Find Alternative Charger doesn’t work when you arrive at a charger and it is out of order.

Once you arrive at a charging stop, ABRP automatically enters charging mode and advances the route subway map to the next charging stop. Then, the Find Alternative Charger button uses that context and only lets you find an alternative charger for the next stop, not the current one. The app does not let you swipe the route subway map back to the current stop, only forward to more future stops. That makes the “find alternative charger function” function useless in the situation you most desperately need it. The only option you have at that point is to cancel the route entirely and search for another charger by some other means, usually outside of ABRP because if you try to replan the route it just keeps trying to make you use the charger you are physically at now or complains about no viable route being available.
