"Find Another Charger" button just sent me to the next charger along the route

While at a charging station that wasn’t working (that ABRP thought was working), I tried to use the “Find Another Charger” button to find one nearby, but it just sent me along the route to my next charger. Had I actually followed its instructions, I would have lost power long before making it there.

I expected “Find Another Charger” to actually find me another charger close by (if one existed).

Where does this happen?

    Hi Bo, yes that is correct. I did not have live data connected. And I did think this might be an issue, but I couldn’t see any obvious way to update the SoC on that screen I don’t think? (I will be honest that it’s been a week since I ran into this, so I don’t remember exactly what I tried—after I ran into this, I just ended up re-planning the route.)

    Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the bad function when you were in need of a working charger. It seems like you have no live data connected to your vehicle in ABRP, is that correct? If so, I would assume that the app (wrongly) thinks that you have already charged.
