Bug Report: Destination search bar and autocomplete completely unresponsive on iOS

Hi ABRP Team,

I am writing to report a persistent issue with the destination search functionality in the ABRP iOS application.

Issue Description: The destination search bar is completely unresponsive. Previously, typing the first 1-2 letters would bring up instant auto-complete suggestions. Now, nothing happens when typing, and no search results or suggestions appear at all, preventing me from setting up a route.

Troubleshooting steps already attempted:

  • Reinstalled the app and cleared local app data/cache

  • Logged out and logged back in

  • Verified location services and cellular data permissions are fully enabled

  • Tested across different internet connections (Wi-Fi / 4G / 5G) with no VPN or Private Relay active

Despite these steps, the search/location lookup remains frozen.

Could you please check if there is an active API/server-side lookup outage or a bug affecting location services in my region?

System Details:

  • Platform: iOS (iPhone)

  • Location / Country: Turkey
