ABRP thinks highway is closed when only off ramp is closed

ABRP is rerouting because it thinks the highway is closed when in reality only the off ramp is closed. I have posted a bug report about this before and it was closed as resolved. I have noticed this problem is less common, however I am still seeing it on the I-55\I-80 interchange south east of Chicago when traveling south on I-55. Maybe the adjustment made needs a little more adjustment?
