I-55 and I-80 interchange reroutes to avoid road closure that doesn't exist
ABRP thinks both northbound and southbound directions of I-55 at the I-80 interchange near Joliet, Illinois are closed and tries to route around it. However I-55 is open in both directions, but the two off ramps are closed. There is no need to reroute.

Hi
It’s a map-matching problem where we accidentally close the piece of the highway because HERE geometry is slightly different from OSM and the shape of the closure overlaps with the piece of the highway. My colleague is looking at this to see how we can make it work.

Well, it does not appear to be specific to four leaf clovers but rather off ramps and\or on ramps in general. Oddly this underpass ABRP works fine northbound but reroutes southbound.

Doing some more testing it may be specific to four leaf clover off ramps. I’ll attach some screenshots to demonstrate.

Actually, looking into this further there seems to be a systemic problem. Everywhere I’ve checked that shows an off-ramp closure on Google Maps, ABRP tries to avoid sending through traffic on the road that is not closed.
