Settings → Battery → Charger max SoC

The maximum battery level (State of Charge/SoC) to charge up to at charging stations.

ABRP’s default value is 80% but the app will automatically avoid charging for “too long” since most vehicles’ charging speed slows down significantly when reaching higher battery levels. We’ll instead optimize the route for faster charging stops and decrease the risk of occupying chargers for too long when other drivers might need them.

This is why, even if you do raise the Charger max SoC to 100%, you’ll see the planner only plan to charge up to around 60-80% and only when there’s no better option (lack of chargers along the route) ABRP will utilize the full capacity of the battery despite the charging taking longer time than optimal.
