Enode can't connect with Kia

Cannot login to Enode Data with Kia login. How does this get fixed ?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hello, my initial post

    https://abrp.featurebase.app/en/u/68267c9c163318c9e3f46e7d was merged with this one and it was just marked as Completed. Is it fixed ?

    I’ve just tried and Enode still can’t connect to Kia…

      Have you tried to remove the Kia app and re-downloading it?

    ABRP-Enode - Kia EV9 link not working

    We are traveling from Orlando, Florida to Maryland in the U.S., and I have noticed that the SoC data is not updating (and nearly got us in trouble thinking we had a lot more range in our vehicle than in reality) with live data.

    Thinking it had something to do with the account, I unlinked our Kia EV9 to the Enode from the ABRP app. Then I attempted to re-link the two and found out that there is an issue with Kia (?) and the linking is no longer possible. Is there a fix in the making or is Kia no longer supporting the Enode live data updates?

      Hello @Felipe Arzayus,

      This is an ongoing issue with trying to reconnect new devices to Kia vehicles and we are working closely with Enode to get it resolved as soon as possible.

    There is an error with linking Enode with Kia cars right now. I will get back to you when they have solved the problem.
