Enode connection not working Mazda 6e

Hello,

Tried to connect abrp with my mazda 6e.

Abrp requires to conect to the MyMazda app account.

The matter is that this app has not info about the 6e which has a specific app and an account that has nothing to do with the MyMazda app.

Here is the link of the specific app for the car

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cma.mazda.eu

Thank you

Same here. The Mazda 6E has a standalone app and enode is refering to the regular MyMazda app. Are there any updates on this topic?

    Hi

Do you get a message when you try to connect to Enode and it does not work? If so please take a screen shot.

      Hello @Linda ABRP

Are the explanations and screenshots enough for you?

Same problem here. It's simple actually. Previous mazda models had all the avaliable online data in the mymazda app. The 6e and the following new electric cars will only display the data in the new “mazda 6e” app. It's a a pity that we have to subscribe to get carplay and all features and the connection with the car won't work. Please address this problem.

With a bit of searching on the enode site you can see there is no support for the 6e at the moment. I’ve filled a request with enode.

Got a reply from enode on my request. Abrp must make the request. The users cannot do it.

          @Nico L.
We need someone who can work with Enode and give the credentials to their Mazda 6e app. Then they can try to fix this. If you want to do that please send an email to contact@iternio.com and add Linda in the Subject field.

If you can’t add your car to the app that is connected with Enode I don’t think there is anything we can do. Maybe you can ask Enode about how to add your car to that app?

Mazda 6E need to be connected to Mazda 6E app>> No to the My Mazda app. All data is in Mazda 6E app. Can you change that in settings please?

      Hello @Frederico Pereira,

Yes, we do provide OTA connection for Mazda 6e models. Do you have trouble connection via Enode to get live data?

    Hi,
Enode reports that the Mazda 6e integration is now completed. When do plan you to add it in ABRP

@Linda ABRP I have the same issue. I’d like to add Mazda 6e, after successfully logged in Enode (with MyMazda credentials) it says that no car has been found.
