IONNA data issue
As noted in a post on Reddit, there is widespread incorrect data on IONNA charging network sites with locations listed as being capped at 50 kW rather than 400 kW, which makes the routing engine avoid these locations in favor of other networks and produce inaccurate charging times.
This data should be corrected to reflect the correct charging connectors and charging rate at these sites (typically 400 kW with 6 CCS and 4 NACS/J3400 handles, but may vary by location), especially as more sites from this network go online.

Example (more) correct data apparently being pulled via OpenChargeMap API:
- What are you reporting?
- Website to card/network provider

PinnedHi all,
Better quality data for the Ionna network is now available, including live status information. The Daytona Beach location, as linked above, is therefore replaced by:

I can see we now have some duplicate locations, but without live status information and with the incorrect lesser power, these will be less likely to be selected for your route. We’ll also work on having these de-duplicated (usually duplicates are automatically removed, but not in this case).

PinnedHi @Chris Lawrence,
Thank you for reporting this.
We’ve raised the issue with our current data provider for these locations so that they, in turn, can investigate why they’re being fed inaccurate data for these locations.
As I can see, as discussed in the Reddit post, the collaboration between Rivian and Ionna will also impact the data quality in ABRP. With Rivian’s upcoming 2025.38 release, ABRP will also gain access to better data for Ionna locations.

We need to look at why that ticket have not been solved. I have contacted our partner from which we get the data and asked them to look at all IONNA chargers.
It seems that the charger in Belen has been out because of weather issues. Is that correct?

The power issues there is a non-sequitur. It was incorrectly listed before and after, and matches the also incorrect data of Wilcox AZ and practically all IONNA stations. Since then I’ve charged twice in Belen, 130kW with a cold battery and 170kW with a warm battery since it flooded.

All IONNA stations are wrong.
They are all 400kw stations and a mix of CCS/NACS. ABRP lists them as 10x 50kw CCS.
Belen NM, Wilcox AZ are good examples, but it’s all of them.
