Live status not available for Tesla chargers

In my ABRP (abonnement)are the Tesla charger with a grey icon on the map and sometimes invisible. There is yet never realtime info in the right corner availability charge spots. And after store a route and open it again the route with Tesla charger will not appear, only the location. The last time ‘suddenly’ it don’t give the realtime charge status.

I use Enode and reinstalled it a few times. Last year ik worked perfect but now not satisfying.

Where does this happen?

    We are aware of the Tesla Supercharger data issues and are working directly with Tesla to get back real-time information and better data for new stations.

    Both we and Tesla are fully aware that real-time status is one of the most important pieces of data for an EV driver to be confident about chargers, and the ABRP algorithms will recommend Tesla Superchargers less often now due to this.

    This is not in anyone's interest, and we will solve it.

      Hi Bo and ABRP team,

      I value the efforts you are putting into the app!

      But I would appreciate an update on the situation and the roadmap for solving it. As Google is able to display realtime availability of Tesla Superchargers, I assume that you are not trying to solve a technical issue but a commercial problem.

      With the current feature set I am only getting limited value out of my subscription and start considering canceling it.

        Hello Carsten,

        We have just before Christmas switched data source for Tesla Superchargers to a more up-to-date source than our previous. This source will also show live status data for Tesla for regions where Tesla is legally obliged to share it publicly, like the UK.

        Unfortunately we have not yet been able to convince Tesla to open up their data with us, but we do have regular meetings to discuss it with them.

          Hi Bo,

          thanks for the update.Unfortunately not with a satisfying answer regarding the roadmap to closing the issue.
          I understand your challenge with Tesla, but the lack of realtime data impairs ABRP’s value ABRP for me.

          I keep my fingers crossed for you achieving a deal with T!

      2 months later the status of Tesla Superchargers is still not back.

      Additionally all recently opened Superchargers are not shown in ABRP and can’t be used in route calculation.

    It is quite annoying that this issue is going on for so long. What could be so broken that this information cannot be restored for over 4 month now? Could someone from ABRP please provide details what makes it so complicated to restore functionality?

    Is there an update to this? Google are now providing this information, and in the UK at least haven’t Tesla had a legal requirement to provide this information for their open to all superchargers for almost a year as part of the Public Charge Point Regulations 2023?

    Tesla has removed status from all third-party apps. We are in the process of reaching an agreement with Tesla and until that is complete we will not have status on the chargers or the ability to add new chargers. We are really sorry about this but right now there's nothing we can do about it.

      That is the same answer you had for months now. Please get it going again. It is pretty useless as it is for me. So next year, I will have to resign, since I will not pay for a non-working app. Very disappointing, I really liked and recommended ABRP, but not anymore.

        Unfortunately, we don't have a date. We are waiting for an agreement with Tesla.

    Is there any update on this issue? As a Tesla driver ist useless to use ABRP. we are going on a long Europe road trip soon. no idea how to manage it, as ABRP is by far better then Tesla navigation. please bring it back asap. many thanks
