Application does not record my drives anymore

With the iOS application, and an active premium account, I don’t now exactly f it’s an iOS update or application unapt, nice 12.12.2024 and after my update from iOS 18.1.X to iOS 18.2, The “my drives” is empty, even I’m driving using ABRP as a GPS with CarPlay.

I’ve live date with BT and an ODB toggle, and also Enode connect.
“save my activities” is ON on the used car.

All with my “winter” setting named “winter types”.
- 10.12.2024: drives and data in “my drives”.
- 12.12.2024: drives and no data in “my drives”.
- 15.12.2024: drives and no data in “my drives”.

Killing the app and relaunching it did fix it.

My account id for support: 604693

Current iOS app version: 5.5.2 (3168)
Device: iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 18.2

Do other users have the same issue reported?
Ill try tomorrow with after rebooting the iPhone, but not sure it can fix it.

Where does this happen?

    Hi everyone,

If you’re still experiencing issues, please make sure to update to the latest version of the app, currently version 5.6.0 released this week.

@Katya Skog On my side, the drive recording works again since 23th of December 2024. So I think the fix was done on the web part of the application, because 5.6.0 version is just release now 🙃.

Happy new year to the whole ABRP support and developer teams members.

    Thanks for the fix.

I saw on the Apple AppStore that new iOS version is 6 days was published 6 days ago.
Between iOS 18.2 update and new ABRP iOS app to 5.5.2, I could not tell for now which one seem to broke my drives logs.

But I’ searched in In The AppStore app, and it seems that on my iPhone, the app update from 5.5.1 to 5.5.2 was done on 11.12.2024.
Is it maybe a regression in the code, related to this new version and iOS 18.2?

In advance, thanks to the support to your help. I try to help as well 😇

    Hi @Pierre-Yves,

We have had some issues with logging drives that we’ve had corrected. Looking at your account, I can see you have a short drive and charge logged from yesterday. Have you been driving anything since?

@Katya Skog If developers have a TestFlight version with more logs to share, I’m happy to help, as I’m a mobile developer.

I didn’t find yet logs in the applications which I can access.

This should be fixed now. You may have to force-close your app and open it again. From now on, the routes in My Drives should show correct. Old activities will not be joined and adjusted.

    • I had this problem but now My Drives has recorded nothing since Wednesday. I have logged out of the app, closed it, and logged back in and it hasn't fixed it.

I have the same problem. Both BMW and Nissan cars connected to Enode have not been reporting data on the routes traveled since December 10. The charging process itself, the current state of charge and the vehicle's mileage are reported correctly. Is there any solution for this?

Here the same. BMW IX charging sessions listed but no drives.
