Wrong SoC withe Enode => charging strategy calculation useless

Hi,

I’m facing issues with the charging calculation strategy.

I have the premium service and my car is connected with the App via Enode interface.

Recently, I’ve been facing issues with the program:

• the “reference consumption” says 120 Wh/km which is tatally wrong. real one is more like 210 with the current weather conditions. This leads to fully false trip & charging strategy calculation which makes the service useless.

• Recently, despite a full green connection status, the Car SoC is completly wrong (yesterday 45% vs 34% actual value). The value never went back to normal and the gap kept like this till the end of the trip 90 mn later.
  Same behaviour 5 days ago on the previous trip.

What can I do to get the service and features back?
