I’m not original poster, but this issue is still valid and effectively is true for all roaming stations.

Some quick ABRP links with wrong prices (0,74 €/kWh) from different providers:
Total: https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=2139523889
EnBW: https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=360161316
Ionity: https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=360161316
Shell Recharge: https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=1434648530
Aral pulse: https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=1329180420
I have checked all of them against the app from EWE Go which shows the expected roaming price of 0,62 €/kWh.
