Wrong directions given and localization missing

I noticed that sometimes directions are given incorrectly. In the screenshot attached you see an example. Although I have to turn left on the intersection from road B75 to B4, the display says „200m straight“. Location is 53.5382224, 10.0315903 heading north. Also notice, that the UI labels are localized in german language, the directions are not!
