Wrong charging time for software restricted Teslas

I have a Tesla Model S 60 (75). The charging time from 0% to 100% is somewhere around 45 minutes. But ABRP shows about 1 hour extra for it.
Seems like ABRP doesn't take into account that the battery is software locked, and therefor charge very fast to 100%.
I think this has worked properly earlier.
