I cannot see that the vehicle is still stuck in the location in your screenshot. Did you manage to reset the connection and resolve this issue on your own?

Isn’t the car location represented by the red triangle and the phone/user location by the blue dot? I’m having the same problem. I use an OBD dongle installed on the car for real time data.
