Worst app on the planet

I’m trying to go home from upstate New York to Toronto, by way of Rochester, New York, and the app keeps sending me through Kingston Ontario. No matter what I tried it keeps doing that. No matter what I do, adding Rochester, New York, Hamilton, Ontario, and Toronto, it still sends me through Kingston, Ontario, adding an additional hour and a half and over 130 km.

You guys really need to get your stuff together.
