Winter charging speed & improved time estimate.

Hello, I drive a car that does not have battery preconditioning.

As a result, I need to constantly add about 20mins to DC charging (compared to summer charging times).

I have circumvented the issue by adding 20mins of ‘Charging overhead’, but it would be nice if ABRP could collect battery charging curves from users who use OBD2 with ABRP, and use that data to provide more realistic charging times.

E.g. When I need to charge from 40% → 60%, instead of showing 8 minutes, it would be nice to see a more realistic 20mins (e.g. when conditions are cold).
