why is this program so dificult to use ?

I so want to like and use your software, but it is soooo hard. If I am doing planning and want to select a different charger, why do i have to start over. I have wasted so much time trying to do simple logical planning and then when I go to save, my previous saved plan is not there ?

PLEASE review this application

1. (1) allow someone to easily search for chargers with amenities around the one software has chosen and LET Me add it. then I can decide which to use.

2. (2) PLEASE save my changes that I am working on

3. (3) allow for someone to add a STOP from the map and allow the software to save it .. DONT make me restart each time.. LET Me just do a replan..

4. (4) LET ME CHOSE TO REPLAN OR START A DRIVE !!
