I understand the purpose of the website is primarily for BEV’s but flat out refusing to allow PHEV’s (with pure EV modes) seems counter-productive to EV adoption. Why make this distinction?
In addition to this, ABRP was developed purely for all-electric vehicles and does not have any way to handle the consumption of alternative fuel sources.
Lastly, in comparison to some of the requests we get for certain all-electric models, the demand for support of phev/hybrid vehicles does not appear to be that large.

We’d of course love to be more inclusive, but at the moment it is not possible.
As you can see in the vehicle request board:
https://abrp.featurebase.app/?b=65b9134517b76409400f094e we still have a long (and growing) list of all-electric vehicles to model. Therefore, we draw the line at vehicles that do not have any alternative fuel.
