Why does ABRP not respect my preference for Ionna?

I am planning a route from Atlanta to Tampa. My preference is set to use Ionna. With Electrify America in my preferred list. But for some reason, it always sets EA in Bushnell instead of the Ionna in West Chapel. I have to do a lot of research on plug share and Ionna to even know that there was a Ionna close by.

Once I had discovered that there was an Ionna in West Chapel, I added that as a stop. And after t

hat ABRP correctly added that in the route.
