Developer webhook / generic live data connection not listed in 7.0.2 (5764)

I am hoping to develop a program that I can self-host to feed SoC information to ABRP, there used to be a developer WebHook option in the live data options but I don’t see it anymore. How do I enable this again?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
