When exporting 'My Drives' to an Excel file, there are large time gaps in the data.

It must be a bug that crept into an update, because a trip, driven and logged at the end of May and then exported to Excel shows all data correctly, while the same trip exported today with the latest version, has large gaps (time gaps) in the file which is also only 1/3 the size (.xlsx)

Where does this happen?

    Is it the drives from 31 May and 18 September?

      Yes, the drive 31. May 08:23 is my example of the bug.

      An Excel file, generated 2.June gives all points correct (446 points with app. 5 sec. separation), while the same drive generated 26.Sept. only gave 85 points and huge time gaps. The same drive, generated today also only gives 85 data points.

      Both web browser Firefox and Crome (Win 10) gives the same result.

      A more recent drive 27. Sept 20:04 show also huge gaps, but reports too short ride, only 16 km, but the true distance was 29.5 km.

      Rev. 6.1.6 (3592) still gives gaps in Excel data

        Hi

        Sorry for the lack of response. It seems like we don’t get location all the time. I know that we also have problem with Enode and that we sometimes don’t get updates very often. It’s probably because of these two reasons there is gaps in the Excel file.

          It sounds strange because when I pan the graph there are no big gaps, but only small ones with a few seconds interval. If I find a time gap in the Excel file of e.g. 5 minutes, there is good speed data on the graph for that time period. The trip on the map also follows the roads perfectly, so the position logging from the GPS works.
