We could Not Calculate your plan on Android

I keep getting this error even when the car does not need to charge and it will not plan any routes, I have no chargers selected as preferred or excluded, the same preferences are in the APP on my ipad as they are on my Galaxy S23 ultra and the ipad works but the phone does not. I cannot even get the app to plan for a 2 mile journey with the car set as having a 100% charge which is a range of 330 miles so has nothing to do with SOC or the chargers.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    Have you tried to log out and login again? Also try to kill the app and start it again.

      Please provide sensible response, I have tried all of the usual things including reinstalled the app etc.

        So the same plan works on your iPad? Which charger plugs is selected in the settings?
