Waypoint stop takes longer than set in setting

I have added a way point to stop for charging 1% in 30 minutes, however when planning, it calculate the stop to 2 hours and 19 minutes.

This only happens to one out of multiple stops I have like this on my route.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
