Watch and charge notifications not working
I have a subscription. I have a Toyota br4z and the connection through Toyota’s wireless system is working. I can manually check status. But i’m not getting any push notifications on iOS when it’s charged.
I have the Apple watch app. It says to launch the phone app to connect. When I do so nothing happens. Watch sits there. Phone app behaves as normal. No connection happens.
Two other items.
The car icon on the phone app says “unnamed” even though i’ve named the car in the app.
I have a very poor cell connection at home, and the car play app just displays the splash screen and nothing else until i’m a mile or so along my trip. Makes it a bit hard to plan a trip. Would be nice if it could just pick up where I was in the phone and cache the current location map info. I have wifi there, but of course I lose it when it connects to car play.
- Where does this happen?
- ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

Here is a FAQ how to handle the watch app.
https://www.iternio.com/faq?questionId=058f67e2-8e88-4423-88b4-63a3a2c487dd&appDefId=14c92d28-031e-7910-c9a8-a670011e062d
It was helpful for me, hope it’s helpful also for you.

Hi @Kee Hinckley
I also have the same problem with the Apple Watch since years.
After uninstalling and reinstalling the ABRP Watch App it’s working again.
But latest after an ABRP App update the watch app stops working again until being reattached.
