Why are no Superchargers taken into account if I have marked them as Preferred?

Lately, I can no longer use A Better Routeplanner at all. I drive a Tesla and want to charge there. I have also entered this in the app. Nevertheless, all possible chargers from all possible networks are always suggested to me, even though a Supercharger location is right next to it. Is A Better Routplanner sponsored by other charging networks?
