Why are no Superchargers taken into account if I have marked them as Preferred?

Lately, I can no longer use A Better Routeplanner at all. I drive a Tesla and want to charge there. I have also entered this in the app. Nevertheless, all possible chargers from all possible networks are always suggested to me, even though a Supercharger location is right next to it. Is A Better Routplanner sponsored by other charging networks?

Where does this happen?

      Hi Linda,

      here is a link to a plan. On the screenshot you can see that there is a Tesla Supercharger on the way.

        I can see on your account that you have preferred Tesla but you have not added NACS as a charger type.

          Hi Linda,

          Thanks for your quick reply. Since I’m in Germany in Europe, we don’t have NACS as a charger type.  Instead, Teslas in Europe use CCS, which is the standard fast-charging port. I’ve therefore selected CCS and Tesla CCS as charging ports.

              I didn’t change anything, so the charging type can not be the reason why superchargers are not considered. I can not reproduce the behaviour. Sometimes ABRP just refuses to include a supercharger although it will suggest other chargers nearby. This is very annoying and I first noticed it a couple of month ago.
