Unfortunately, this keeps happening to me right now: on longer trips, the predicted battery level—both "now" and at the destination—resets to the value it had when I left, and I don’t know why.
My Fiat 500e is connected only via Enode, and data transmission isn’t always in real time—but after 3–5 hours of driving, I consistently see a green network icon, yet the real-time status doesn’t update. Since the estimate is pretty accurate, it doesn’t really bother me, but the reset is really annoying.
Then I have to calculate myself whether I’ll still make it to the charging station or my destination.
