I’m disappointed to see this request has not been addressed after more than a year. This drops my confidence significantly in the development capacity.

The service is provided by Digital Charging Solutions GmbH, the same provider for other manufacturers like Mercedes, BMW, Toyota, etc. In other words, I assume all these cards share the same scratch-off logic to obtain the charges.

Volvo public charging card offers two subscription models, a free one (Small) and a payed one (Large). The Large subscription gives (at the time of writing this) 30% off when charging at partners (IONITY, Incharge Vattenfall, Eviny, Recharge).
