Voice instructions are in English read according to Latvian pronunciation rules

I use ABRP on Android Auto, my phone language is Latvian. In ABPR language settings (under Navigation>Navigation voice there is just one Google voice recognition Voice engine and two Latvian voices. However, it seems that the text these voices try to read is in English which produces a bizarre English that is spoken along the lines of Latvian pronunciation rules. Is it possible to change/solve this?
