Can you try to delete ABRP and then install it again. Then try to connect the OBD.

I uninstalled ABRP and reinstalled it. Unfortunately, I‘m still getting the same error message.
Have any of you had success connecting to the new BMW iX3?
Could it be the OBD dongle?

You can send us a bug report that we can look at. First you need to enable the bug button in the settings. Go to the settings → Display & appearance and scroll all the way down.
The bug button will show on your screen. When the OBD is connected to your car and the car is in drive mode click at the button. Then let me know when you have done this.

maybe it's because it runs a new protocol for ev's from2026. It's the same problem with my toyota BZ4X and have heard others have problems with Subaru Solterra 2026. Don't know if ABRP will/can addthisin their app

Thanks. We don’t get any data from your car. Have you tested to connect it to CarScanner?

Then we probably don’t have the correct pids for the car. Please make a new post under Integration requests and we need to get the correct pids.
