Vgate ODB connection with 2024 Audi Q8 etron - SoC stuck at 2%

I purchased the Vgate vLinker MC+ to connect between my 2024 Audi Q8 etron and ABRP. It connected quite easily. But.. unfortunately, the SoC is permanently stuck on 2%, regardless of my actual charge status. See photos below.

I’ve updated the firmware on the vLinker. I’ve updated the ABRP app to latest. Using an iPhone 15 Pro.

I’ve deleted and readded my vehicle more times than I can count. I’ve relinked the Vgate each time. It always puts my SoC at 2%, which makes the entire app unusable.
