Vgate MC+ Not showing SoC and other details anymore

After initially showing the details as SoC, temper of battery, currently it only shows the basics. It is successfully paired and also showing green in ABRP. I deleted the app it comes with, recouped and repaired several times in ABRP with no results. I am driving a Jaguar Ipace 2022 model.

Any suggestions welcome as I don’t want to go back to TRONITY connection.
