Vgate icar pro 4.0 won’t connect ; third step

2015 E-golf.

Shows obd compatible. ABRP connects to device via step 1 and 2 , when attempting to connect to vehicle it has an error. Tried over and over again. Even plugging in while vehicle is already in ready mode.

OBD2 device error or car error

Tried on my Prologue too and has the same error

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    If it’s not working with two different cars I guess it’s something wrong with the OBD. Does it use BLE?
