SMS Verification with Peugeot failed when attempting to link via Enode - Error: PinResetRequired

Verification with Peugeot failed. Please check the verification details and try again.

This appears when I enter the verification code from the SMS. Over and over again. :-(

Where does this happen?

    Hi @Andreas,

    The ABRP app does not have any kind of SMS verification, are you perhaps attempting to link the vehicle via Enode?

    Could you share a screenshot of the error message?

      Yes it’s by Enode!!

        Thank you! I can see that the screenshot states the error message: PinResetRequired and not PinRequestRequired

        This matches an already investigated case where Enode replied the following;

        “This has been investigated and the specific issue is that Peugeot have a limit of 20 enabled devices (app installations/phones) which this user has reached. Unfortunately they need to uninstall and reinstall the official Peugeot app in order to get to the reset flow.”

        Therefore, could you reinstall the official Peugeot app and try again?
